Winning the Five Stars Award (Prémio Cinco Estrelas) is a sign of the recognition of our brand as a leader in the manufacture of generators in Portugal.
In comparison with the previous year, it is important to highlight that Grupel’s evaluation has improved in all parameters subject to analysis, with the intention of recommendation (9.20 from 0 to 10) and the quality-price ratio (8.47 from 0 to 10) being the indicators with the best rating.
This improvement culminated in an overall weighted evaluation of 8.09 (from 0 to 10), which placed us 2.6% above the runner-up; and in a classification increase of around 12% compared to this Prize’s 2020 edition.
The respondents also noted that
- Grupel products are reliable (8.43 out of 10);
- the brand’s technical assistance and after-sales service deserve recognition (8.5 out of 10);
- web communication is the factor that most leverages brand recognition in the market;
- Grupel is an attractive company to work at (76.6% of respondents).
