Grupel visits partners in the Balkans

categoryCorporate

Staying close to our clients and partners is one of Grupel’s main mottos and, for this reason, meetings with our partners are very important to us as they involve the most human and face-to-face component, which are determining factors in strengthening alliances.

That’s why Grupel’s sales team recently embarked on a trip to visit seven partners in Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Greece, in order to understand the reality of these markets and their consumers, and to adjust our offer so that it can really support them in pursuing projects and overcoming challenges.

Grupel’s partners in the Balkans are responsible for consolidating our brand among customers in this region, whose markets are extremely competitive. The quality and differentiation of Grupel generators must be highlighted, and this can only be achieved through partners on the ground who trust and share our Energy.

Grupel’s Sales Team took advantage of these visits to delve into some vital issues that are the basis of a fruitful partnership:

Diagnostic analysis

To understand the current state of the market and the power generator segment, taking into account the competition and its positioning in the market, as well as examining the results achieved to date.

Short- to medium-term strategy

Projecting goals for the more immediate future, through feedback received on improvements to be made to products, and the current needs of each partner, whether in terms of training, product range or services.

Future plans

The main plans for the future concern the consolidation of the Grupel brand in these markets, as well as a significant increase in orders.

This region is very attractive, as it comprises markets with strong competition. This is why regular meetings with Grupel’s partners in the Balkans are crucial, as they are moments of rapprochement that allow for clarification and/or definition of strategies between the parties, which is extremely important for the growth of both.
