That’s why we are very proud to have been awarded, for the 4th consecutive year, the 2021 Five Star Award.

The award compares brands of the sector that operate in the Portuguese market (5, in this edition), based on five variables that influence consumers in their purchasing decisions:

Satisfaction/ experimentation
Quality/Price Ratio
Intention of recommendation
Consumer’s trust in the brand
And product innovation

Winning the Five Stars Award (Prémio Cinco Estrelas) is a sign of the recognition of our brand as a leader in the manufacture of generators in Portugal.

In comparison with the previous year, it is important to highlight that Grupel’s evaluation has improved in all parameters subject to analysis, with the intention of recommendation (9.20 from 0 to 10) and the quality-price ratio (8.47 from 0 to 10) being the indicators with the best rating.

This improvement culminated in an overall weighted evaluation of 8.09 (from 0 to 10), which placed us 2.6% above the runner-up; and in a classification increase of around 12% compared to this Prize’s 2020 edition.

The respondents also noted that

Grupel products are reliable (8.43 out of 10);
the brand’s technical assistance and after-sales service deserve recognition (8.5 out of 10);
web communication is the factor that most leverages brand recognition in the market;
Grupel is an attractive company to work at (76.6% of respondents).

This distinction is the result of the trust that our customers place in Grupel. And, of course, the result of the effort and dedication of all those who create the best Energy in the world!
