PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Bobo Forro 2 power plant in São Tomé and Principe was developed in 2015 with the purpose of reinforcing the energy supply network for the country.

Grupel produced for this power plant 2 diesel generators of 2000 kVA, model G2250PKSTCA5T4000, with 1500 RPM and 400V/30Kv transformer. It was also produced and installed an auxiliary container with SCADA System and protection cells, load exit and warehouse. Additionally, there is a 50000 liter tank supplied by the end customer.

The two generators are already placed in the plant and are destined for energy production, with voltage production at 400 V and elevation to 30 kV through a Transformer placed inside each one of the generators.

The medium voltage cables then go to the cells placed in container 3, and from where they go to the NETWORK, from where the loads are fed.
